Who is A+ ECS?
A+ Emergency Computer Solutions is the primary service branch for several companies owned and operated by Jason White, a resident of Marquette for over 10 years. Jason's programming experience dates back to Christmas Day, 1980 when he wrote his first one hundred lines of code on a
Texas Instruments TI-99/4. Since then Jason has dedicated his life to diligent self-education in the electronic arts and crafts. Jason has real-world, hands-on professional experience with the software and hardware of practically every computer platform and operating system you've ever heard of (and probably a few others)!
A+ ECS employs a business savvy accountant, friendly sales assistant, content writer, and a graphic designer (or two) to facilitate his ability to serve our clients quickly and efficiently. All of our employees are graduates from
Northern Michigan University.

When Does A+ ECS Operate?
We at A+, being the geeks that we are, are fairly nocturnal animals because the quiet of night is by far the most productive time of a day for hardcore undisturbed coding madness. Therefore we offer support 24 hours a day, provided that we are near to a computer. If you are privileged enough to be able to contact us by cellular telephone, then we are available 24 hours a day provided we are on-grid. Either way, we will take time out of our day as quickly as humanly possible to help you resolve your issues with the priority support and attention that they deserve.
Where Does A+ ECS Operate?
Physically, A+ ECS operates out of Marquette, Michigan and tends to focus on-site calls to our local area. If our presence is physically required outside of our service area, additional fees may apply.
Metaphorically (and quite literally), we primarily operate within the realm of electrons, bits and bytes known as cyberspace and the Internet. We try to stay ultra-mobile, connected, plugged-in and all over the bleeding edge. All day. Every day.
Aside from physically touching your hardware or running cable, all of the work that we do can also be done remotely. Once a secure and detailed standard operating procedure can be established, remote support is by far the most practical solution for network administration, security analysis, programming, design, and just about anything else you can think of.

How Does A+ ECS Operate?
A+ Emergency Computer Solutions generally operates on a first come, first serve basis. However, we do have priority support options available for one-time needs as well as yearly enhanced priority packages.
All support charges are billed weekly on net 15 terms. Support charges are non-refundable once paid. If you are a long-term client of another company and choose to test the support services that we provide, we have discount introductory packages available to demonstrate the high quality services that we can offer.
Our custom programming abilities are top notch. Due to the time commitment and level of sophistication that we invest in our projects we require frequent and non-refundable payments for our service. Custom programming projects face many hurdles and specifications frequently change daily as the project progresses and thus the nature of our billing policy. We cannot hold ourselves to a 20 hour quote if the specifications change 4 times during the development cycle.
Utilizing our hosting service is very much like purchasing food at your favorite eatery or taking products off a shelf at your favorite store. Once you have consumed the product, there can be no refunds. However, if you have pre-paid your account and cancel or reduce any of the services that you have subscribed to, you will receive a refund based on your consumption minus a small service fee.
While we do maintain a fairly strict refund policy, we also stand behind our work with 100% honor and integrity. If any service that we have provided you fails in any way due to a mistake on our part, we will correct the resulting issue free of charge. Regardless of the time it takes to repair.
